We Dried fresh fishes direct from small sea boats. For our export purpose, we cleaned fishes carefully and remove head and tail. Dry in a very clean environment. Mostly we use the sun-dried method and some time we dry using solar inhouse dryers. We add no salt or any kind of preservatives.
