Dry Anchovy Fish 250G

Dry Seafood Anchovy fish is of about palm size. It is very rich in protein and is healthy diet food. It can be consumed after cooking either in curry preparation or also can be eaten directly after frying in any good quality oil. It can be consumed as a whole but it is still advisable to eat. after trimming tail and separating head. Method of Preparation: Clean the Dry Fish trim head and tail and keep it in warm water for some time and then drain the water. Take a vessel and cook Oil along with Hing (Asafoetida), Onion slices, Curry leaves, Green chilli slices, Tomato slices and make it brown. Add Ginger Garlic paste, Chilli Powder, Turmeric powder and cook for 2 min. Then add cleaned Dry Fish and let it cook for another 5 min, keep stirring in between. Add water as per the required quantity and salt to taste, cook well for about 15 min with lid on. Finally add coriander to garnish before serving.
