The mullets or grey mullets are a family (Mugilidae) of ray-finned fish found worldwide in coastal temperate and tropical waters, and some species in freshwater. My Village Dry Mullet fish is sourced from Kerala backwater in coastal regions.
Product is 100% Natural and free from preservatives and chemical additives for taste, color or flavor.
These dried mullets are a good source of Vitamin B6 and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Protein, Niacin, and Selenium.
My Village Dry mullet fishes are fully cleaned. We dry fresh catch fishes and dried traditionally and hygienically.
Very tasty and fleshy fish, better prepare in gravy type or do deep fry. Contains salt in very less quantity for preservation purpose.
